on - - a charge to my account without my authorization was made by - -, when contacting my bank they refused to allow me to dispute the debt. I bank with Chase located at : - - - - CA ph - - -. The Chase account was not used as security for - and they claim they know that I have signed an agreement with - that allows them to charge any card on file with or without my authorization. They refused to open up a claim unless I closed my account which would result in several bank charges for pending bill payments. - has a pending claim with you now and there was no way to add Chase to the complaint. Chase was notified once the charges went from pending to paid and the representative refused to allow me the right to dispute the charges because he felt they were owed.
