We have a mortgage with Ocwen. Our mortgage, with escrow payments, was $1100.00 per month. They undercharged us on our escrow, and now, suddenly, they want $1500.00 per month to make up the difference. This is a substantial change that significantly reduces the affordability of this mortgage and, potentially, could result in any consumer 's being thrown into the realm of possible default. Is this a scam, or what?
