Hi, I signed up for the Citi Gold account and at the time of sign up used the sign up code I had been given for the - - - promotion. I contacted Citi several times and asked them every time to confirm that I was registered with this promotion, they confirmed that I was. I have screenshots confirming this. When I fulfilled the requirements for the promotion, I confirmed with Citi, and they said I had done the required steps to receive the points. At no point did Citi tell me that I was not eligible or that the promotion was not tied to my account ( in fact, they told me the opposit ) Now, Citi is refusing to honor the points despite all this contradicting evidence. This problem is widespread, and it appears Citi is appearing to not honor this agreement to many people. ( See pages like this : - )
