In my private student loan there are multiple issues. 1 ) I have a student loan with Navient and I have reason to believe that they are doubling on my rates to keep me behind in my loan. I requested the original loan documents on - of -, - of -, - - and just recently - - -. I have yet to receive any documents for the specific account I am talking about. 2 ) I believe they have changed the initial interest rate and are charging an excessive amount of late fees while approving a forbearance and allowing me to not pay down on my loan while it accrues interest.

Trying to obtain the original loan documents was the reason to prove she was not a cosigner and I have been unsuccessful in doing so for several months. I have reason to believe Navient is exercising unfair practices to get me to pay for loans that were designed to be impossible to pay off. I will get this messge about every quarter, is it normal for a company to change the terms of an agreement whenever they want? It seems very suspicious.
