Closing/Cancelling account California
I 've had my Chase card for about a year, kept a healthy balance, paid my bill on time, etc. You can imagine my surprise when I received a letter from chase stating that they will be closing my account because " continuing the relationship creates possible reputational risk to our company. '' My credit score is great, my bills are always paid on time, and anything I buy with this card is through Amazon ( not any questionable retailers ). If I 'm not the ideal customer I guess I do n't know what 's expected.
