JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I would like to have a US Regulator to look into the previous complaint -. The agent representative closed the complaint without any assistance given. Furthermore questioned my integrity on this matter saying is not phone records in what the Customer Service told me about removing the late fees on a Chase Credit Card it got closed without mine knowledge. Also in that letter said the monthly statement I did n't receive it does n't show be returned to them, even " I told their customer service few months ago sometimes my mail got lost I do n't received non just from Chase '' At this time I would like to report violations to my consumer rights under the FDCPA due to Receiving Early morning and late night collections Phone calls, also reporting bad credit to the credit Bureau agencies and to stop sending Monthly statements on a dispute that I currently I have about their late fees. Chase it looks its ignoring and do n't respect the FDCPA, if they continue with this behavior for I may file legal action against them.
