Bank of America Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease New York
I paid the - 2 months of the car loan when I purchased the car. I then completed the form as instructed by the Bank of America to set up automatic payments on each month on the - of the month. The bank denied this request and I had to seek resolution from a supervisor to get the direct payments authorized. I was not made aware of the problem for 2 months. When I learned of the issue I immediately paid for 2 months due AND 2 months forward. After speaking to a representative I was assured that this would NOT affect my credit report and was NOT on my account. The line of credit
As a result of this I am asking the bank and or credit bureaus to remove this information immediately. I have also retained a lawyer and would like your assistance to sue all parties that are involved with the negative rating and impact of my ability to secure the loan. I would like to get this resolved and if not then someone rather than the consumer who has and is acting in good faith. - - - Bank Of America Auto loans.
