Around -/-/2015, I called American Vacation to book a vacation Package. After I gave them my information, they called me back within 5 minutes, saying they can not charge to my credit card, advice me to call customer service for my credit card company. At that point my instinct told me these people are desperate, I should not do this. So I called credit card company to thanks him for looking out for me. told him I change my mind about this transaction, please do not let them charge me $400.00 to my card. I called back American Vacation and told them I change my mind about this purchase. They said no problem.
$400.00 that I called you to put a block on. But he said I could dispute that and we could resolve it later. Later, I talked to customer service specialist on the phone a few times. He send me some copy from - - claiming that I did sign an agreement electronically. that was a lie. I did n't sign anything. On that paper, they had my last name wrong. they even sign my name wrong. I wrote to the customer service - that handle my case. He said sorry he decided that it is all valid. I disputed again another customer service specialist looked over again and she agree with the first one. I later found out that that travel company is form out side of United State. I could n't even find it on internet. They must do this kind of stuff all the time. BUT the credit card company is support to protect their customer. '' My credit card not yet been charge. I called to block it. They still let it go through. '' And later on even with wrong name and wrong signature, they still decided it was valid. I pay $95.00 a year for this credit card service for what? So they could - me? I paid the balance and now I closed the account but I still want this issue to be resolve. I have some more document that I could summit. They are in paper copy. I could mail or fax it to you.
