I was charged a late fee of $55.00 for a payment that was done on - website. I have never been late with my loan before. The representative I spoke with in - 2016 when this matter occurred reported it was the company 's fault and would handle the problem. As of today 's date ... the problem still exists. Every month - report my loan late due to the late fee of $55.00. Every month I call - - and get no results. I have requested to talk with managent/supervisors with no progress.
