Chase Bank did a revamp of their online banking website. It is dysfunctional. I went online to pay my bills and was shocked to find the new site and some sections not operational. My Bill Pay was completed - up. I complained in several emails. The site looks like an app not a banking site. I told them - - - did a better job. I complained bitterly. I told them I was walking out the door to find another bank. They escalated this email to Homeland Security. How do I know? I received a phone call immediately thereafter from - -. I did not answer the call. My cell phone was hacked and inoperational. My computers also show evidence. So, we can no longer complain, correct? About anything. If we do, we are turned over as threats, punishment by the institutions we use.
