I never had an account with General Motors. I sent a direct dispute asking them to provide me with documentation that I had an account with them, but they failed to provide me with any paperwork. They just sent a one-page letter stating that my account is reporting correctly to the -, -, - agencies. I know it 's not reporting correctly because I never had an account with them.
