Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease Colorado
In - 2015 we agreed to a vehicle lease with Nissan Motor Corp ( dealership in - - CO ), and were told we would have to pay $400.00 for tires on the vehicle that we turned in due to its lease ending. This was a key part of the deal and primary reason for agreeing to the new lease terms. After closing, we received a bill for $700.00 for various charges not related to tires. Essentially they told us a lie to close us, then just billed us for whatever they wanted. We did speak with the dealership and they sent us a check for $300.00 so we would only be liable for the $400.00 originally agreed upon. The problem is that before this reimbursement was made, the dealership sent the $700.00 bill to a collection agency, thus causing a negative impact on our credit. My wife - - is the primary and I am the co-signer and this is obviously impacting - our credit scores, and all because of a lie in order to close a deal.
