U.S. Bancorp Consumer Loan Complaint

Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay

U.S. Bancorp Consumer Loan department,

Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay South Carolina

We are currently 24 days past the due date of -/-/2016 on our auto loan. In the life of the loan, we have been late but have never been more than 30 days late. This morning I have received phone calls at - -., - -. and - - - all of which have been while I 'm at work. This does n't include any calls that were possibly made to my husband 's phone as well. When I mentioned on the third call the amount of calls and this being harassment, I was informed they could call up to 5 times a day between - -. and - - We understand we are late on the payment and are incurring late fees, but we take full responsibility for that and will get it paid before it hits 30 days past the due date. We just want the amount of calls to be lessened.
