My client applied for a FHA pre-foreclosure sale on their property because they could not afford to stay in their home. The were approved to participate in the sale program but right afterwards the servicer foreclosed on the property. I filed a complaint with you and subsequently they rescinded the foreclosure and approved the contract that was submitted. As we started the closing process we found the property was not deeded back to the owner after the foreclosure was rescinded. I have been trying to get the foreclosure recission deeded but can not get help from the servicer. Please open an inquiry into this matter so we can complete this sale.
