JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I made an online purchase with a merchant and I did not receive what I ordered. I tried resolving with the merchant ; with no success. Then I disputed the charge with my credit card company to pay the merchant and credit back my card. My credit card company would not submit my request because I did not have computer screen shots of the online order.
