Bank allowed charges to go through on my account after I told them not to via secure message on the online banking site. They told me that the conversation I had with their employee only related to not allowing money from my savings account to be used towards the charges and not the main account. At no time when I signed up for the account and signed a form to allow charges to go through without sufficient funds or when I advised them to stop allowing any charges to go through was I told that this was a separate agreement.
