U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Crooked and deceptive Elan credit card still trying to rip off customer. They have found a legal loop hole in order to - the customers who trusted them to be honest in their operations. When i found out these crooks had a work around charging customers interest if they pay off new purchases every month. After they admitted deception and they really have no legal work around they refunded the interest charged. I closed the account to sever ties with the thief 's. The person in customer service failed to tell me that the rewards points earned would be lost. I was NOT informed of this theft of honest earned rewards points. I strongly urge all consumers to stay - away from elan financial as they go out of their way to - the customers over. They have plenty of reptile lawyers to pervert the rule of law to - customers. They are driven by GREED and EVIL INTENT to - the customers any way they can.
