Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low California

THis is my Complaint with Chase Morgan Bank Please HELP. CHASE MORGAN BANK keep trying to FRAUD me with my OVERDRAFT. Ok for over a week all my purchases has been pending and these purchases are was paid and and delivered threw mail but yet it was still pending. Chase just want me to be confused that show I have money when actually my account is already negative. They just want me to buy more when my account is already overdraft. RIGHT WHEN I send them online message about why all these almost or - purchase are still pending. They fix it the same day or night.


it was not pending. So that left me with about $59.00. Then I knew - was going to charge me the $450.00 whcih I will be charge an Overdraft fee. But what does Chase go and do so I can PAY for - OVERDRAFTS. The put the $330.00 that was not pending days ago in pending now and they paid for the $450.00 which was just posted today and should of been pending. And this is how they charging me for - OverDraft. I am sick and tire and I am tired of CHASE taking advantage of my - becuase I have a payee too. CHASE has been doing this and IM FINALLY FED UP.Im - and angry and having problems with this. I am on SSI and struggling. They know I need the bank for my SSI. What they think im to dumb or stupid and to sick. PLEASE I am going to file with the Consumer Complaint and - and WHo ever else I can reach. and - - ect ... THank you - -
