Ocwen loan servicing has garnished my wages illegally. I foreclosed on a home in 2011, in California. I attempted to contact them every Monday for over a year to perform a deed-in-lieu or anything to make my situation better. I NEVER received a call back from my " case manager. '' I have not been sued by them for the foreclosure, but they have illegally garnished my wages.
