Lender Live Mortgage Complaint

Lender Live Mortgage department,

FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Utah

I have an issue regarding a mortgage payment I am trying to get corrected. My wife and I have a mortgage that was opened - - and we began making payment to our loan servicer ( Lender Live ) on -/-/-. As of - - our loan was sold to - -. I had made the payment for the -/-/- due date through Lender Live on -/-/-, however, when Lender Live sent my loan information to - -, they advised - - that I was still due for the -/-/- due date instead of the due date of -/-/-. At this point, I have spoken with Lender Live customer service a few times and unfortunately they have not been very helpful to resolve this. - - has provided me with copies of the documentation they received from Lender Live and it does show that the payment was still due for -/-/-. At this point, I am needing Lender Live to get in touch with - - to provide them with the correct documentation showing that the first payment I was to make to them was -/-/- or else have the -/-/- payment sent back to me so that I can send it to - - myself and receive credit for it. I hope this makes sense and hopefully you can point me in the right direction to get this issue resolved. Thank You! - -
