Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Michigan
So much of my payments go towards interest rather than principal. At times, when I would pay more than my required monthly minimum, that extra money went directly towards interest. The first year and a half that I began paying ( 2011 ), all of my payment went towards interest and nothing went towards the principal. Is that normal?
