While - in - I found out that my car loan was sent to debt collection for late payments over 90 days. The vehicle was paid every month. The company states no payment for the last year and charged off as bed debt. Purchased in - - - in - of 2012 through - - - in -, OK. Paid as agreed every two weeks. Amount was automatically paid out of our bank account with no issues. I was notified by TD auto Finance after calling in to add money to the principal that the account ( # - ) was not paid for a year and has been charged off as bad debt. I have proof that the money was being taken from the bank account, and am a loss as to what happened to a years worth of payments. I have received nothing in the mail to inform us of late payment or that the vehicle was charged off until requesting more information on my end. After asking to speak to a supervisor I was sent to voice mail box for the manager of - and -.
