AES/PHEAA Student Loan Complaint

AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

First, I was given a private loan for $21000.00 that immediately started accruing interest, even though I was n't going to start making payments on it for at least 4 years. Why on earth is that legal??? Second, the bank that issued that loan has since sold it off to American Education Services. I 've been paying this loan for almost 3 years, yet my balance is still higher than the amount I borrowed, AND the principal plus unpaid interest is $6300.00 less than my current balance. So what exactly do I owe besides principal and unpaid interest? Also, since AES has purchased my loan from my bank, my interest rates have increased 4 TIMES IN LESS THAN 1 YEAR! I have all of the documentation needed, if you would like me to provide that.
