I asked BMW Financial services for an extension on my lease pmt back in due to a medical emergency in - to which they replied that could not be granted in a lease but the offered if i made a pmt then, they could change the date to give me time to catch up. I agreed and made the pmt and the change of date but instead of benefiting me they added another pmt. they violated the agreement and multiple managers agreed, but as of today after keeping my original agreement I do remain in a constant almost 30 day past due incurring fees.
