Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Texas

Hello, I have an account with Chase Bank. It is not my main account as I do n't keep very much money in it. Its the account I use mostly when shopping online so the card info is saved on my computer. I submitted a few credit cards to be paid in extra and used this card. So last night I checked my bank account because I had to use the card a little extra when I left my wallet in the car with my husband and he was away at work. The account was low but not over drawn. When I checked I had - in the account. This morning my bills posted and overdrew the account. Via Chase banks rules I have until - Eastern standard time to pay back the account before over draft fees are assessed. Today at - I woke up to an email advising me my account was over drafted - which includes a bill I paid and -, over draft fees. Not - but - totaling - dollars! They did n't even remotely give me until - eastern time to replenish the account. I called them to get this rectified and they would


account until they post and neither can they. But they couldnt explain why I had assessed - fees all at once! - fee I can understand and would probably have paid without much of a fuss. But regardless the over draft occurred today on - then the fees should be assessed by - as per their protocol! My bank account of course states they occurred on - but I checked late last night before bed and it was still only at - balance. So I find it wrong that they have it dated on - when I was monitoring the account on - and no over draft occurred. These time stamps are not correct! furthermore I get an email notification the second my account gets over drawn too and my notification was sent at - on -.
