I withdrew a cash advance from credit card -/-/16 for $1200.00. The fee for the advance was $60.00. I have a 0 % introductory purchase apr that expires -/-/16, at which time it converts to 23.24 %. Cash advance apr begins accruing immediately at 24.24 %. The minimum payment for the account was $25.00, due by -/-/16. On -/-/16 I made a payment for $1300.00. They did not apply this $1300.00 payment to the cash advance. When I called and spoke with them they said they could n't see how the payment was allocated and they would have to escalate it to maintenance to find out what happened to the money. My current statement for -/-/16 shows my cash advance balance as $1300.00. There have been no other cash advances made during the life of this account. My promotional purchase apr has not expired yet. At this time my cash advance balance should be $0.00, as I payed it off 13 days after opening it.
