I left for - en route to - School on - - 2015. I believed my Chase credit card had been completely paid off, however there was a pending charge for $30.00 that did not post until I had already entered -. As - is an " immersive '' environment that prohibits access to the internet, I did not know about the pending charge or the subsequent " late payment '' levied on my account until after -. I now have a late payment mar on my credit, the only negative record on my credit history. I reached out to Chase as well as the credit reporting agencies to explain the nature of what I thought was a minor issue, but all of the involved parties have declined to address my concerns even after I provided documentation of the timeline described earlier. It appears to be a simple fix for an incredibly small amount of money that continues to hold back my credit rating.
