Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Illinois

I have been harassed by Navient callers for months. They do n't give me any options to pay them back because they are private loans. They call me 7 days a week from different area codes and they call and harass my mother all hours of the day as well because she was the co signer on my student loan. I did n't even get a good job with my degree I used student loans on. Every time I pay $150.00 just for them to stop calling me for a month. I told them I just had a baby and did n't have any income at the time and the lady said " literally '' that it did n't matter and I had to pay. No remorse. My alarm in the morning is Navient calling my phone. They call me at work all day. It 's putting so much stress on my family and I do n't know what else to do. The $150.00 I pay does n't even go towards my loans. Just to Navients pockets.
