JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I would like assistance in disputing the following charges $7900.00 made on - paid to - - - and $7400.00 made on - paid to -. These are - companies who contacted us after we purchased what we thought was a legitimate online, home business. - - - was supposed set up a business entity, create a custom business plan, corporate credit building and training. They did not provide the services that we purchased other than setting up the - and submitting the wrong information to - - -. This company took advantage of us by price gouging us for services we did n't need and did n't even deliver. - was supposed to do social media pages, - marketing and product sourcing. They sent us an awful - sample video. Bottomline is we have been taken by these companies and would like Chase to help us obtain a refund of the money that they have unjustly received. I think based on the time that has lapsed, these guys are never going to deliver and at this point it is clear that they were not going to in the first place.
