I send check # -, in the amount of $6400.00 on - -, 2016 to Chase Card Services. Chase credit card tried to cash check # - twice on - -, 2016 and - -, 2016. Check # -, was returned to Chase Credit card uncashed for insufficient funds ( NSF ) reason.
card account manager told me that he will open a special internal case about this check. On - -, 2016, I called Chase, spoke with an account manager from the payment department, she stated that they tried to cash check # - once, it was returned on -/-/2016 for NSF. On - -, 2016, I received a letter from Chase stating that check # - was never cashed. See attached. On - -, 2016, I received a letter from - credit card stating that check # - was cashed by Chase card services on - -, 2016. I called Chase credit card around 11 times and they assured me that the check was never cashed. See attached cleared check and confirmation from the FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM. I am writing to you to investigate the matter, since I have been going back and forth between - and Chase credits cards since - -, 2016, without any positive results. All I am asking for is to get a credit from Chase for $6400.00, since check # - was cashed by Chase on - -, 2016.
