JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Closing/Cancelling account Florida
On - -, -, I received a judgement against me through the - - - at - - - -, CA - - ) - without receiving a summons or with no knowledge of what the debt was for. Through my research, I have been informed that it is from a JP Morgan Chase issued - ending in - for the original amount $1200.00 ( case # INC-- ). I am a former Washington Mutual checking and savings account owner and a current Chase Bank account holder. I have no record of owing this money on my end and would think that since I am a current account holder and have not had a break in my account holding status with Chase Bank for the past 10 years ( even when they were Washington Mutual ), I would have been made aware of this. I know there was a Califronia lawsuit petitioned by the California - - - that was awarded in the consumers favor for false and fraudulent debt collection practices by JP Morgan Chase between - -, - and - -, -. This was to be repaid by Chase Bank to the consumers for the amoutn owed plus 25 % excess above the amount owed. I have no idea how to move forward with getting reparations and the removal of the judgement.
