US Bank has been reporting my account as 30-days late -/-/2015. However, this is factually inaccurate. I have made several attempts by contacting them by phone, speaking to numerous representatives in several departments, including supervisors, but have been unable to resolve this. I have irrefutable proof, confirming a payment was not due on - -, 2015, ( attached ) and copies of my credit report, showing it has been reporting as - late. I have written letters to -, - and - disputing the 30 day late reporting for -, 2015 However, and somewhat incredibly US Bank continues to verify that as accurate. I have an urgent need to update my report accurately as I am in the process of securing a large, - - dollar construction loan and as a result of the ( 30-day ) late account my interest will be increased costing me an additional $17000.00 thousands dollars over the course of the loan. Additionally, US BANK 's website was continually down in -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/2015, not allowing me to make on line payments, and calling always had ureasonable long holds of over 10-15 minutes. Further, if you look at the -/-/2015 statement I have attached, it displays a balance of over $5000.00 and the amount due as the same. This was a direct violation of the contract I had with US Bank.
