I received two letters from Chase : 1. After recent review of your accounts, we have decided to end our relationship with you. 2. We 're writing to let you know that we will be closing your credit card account on - -, 2016 because continuing the relationship creates possible reputational risk to our company. Upon calling the - number listed, I was unable to find out the reason for the review or for deciding to close my accounts or credit card. No information could be given. I have no bounced checks, the is no inactivity, there is plenty of money in the accounts.
