Capital One Credit card department,
Capital One suspended my credit card and charged late fees to it for what they claimed was " fraud activity ''. I spoke with the bank and they said that " one of the credit bureaus had alerted them of fraud activity '' ... but would not say which one. Capital One opened a new account for me and moved the balance of $740.00 to that account. But they added late and services fees bringing the balance up to $800.00 for issues that have NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. There is no fraud on my account and they will not give me anyone to contact or which bureau suggest that fraud existed.
