Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Maryland

I took out - student loans while completing my - program at - University in -, AL.. however, my student loans have more than doubled what i borrowed initially. When i called - to get a breakdown, ( as there was - private loan i had no recollection of ) i did not get through to anyone, but when i tried again, i was provided with another number, where i left a message maybe over a year now, and no one has called me back. Whenever i call, it is quite difficult to get through to anyone.
