Due to - - action some of my credit Cards were cancelled or revoke by other financial institutions. In this complaint against Chase I was told its not going to be a late of the final amount of $100.00 A late fee of $25.00 back from - 2016 it was reversed on - 2016 as I was told by Chase customer service I 'll receive the final statement with no late fee involved. I waited for the final statement last month I I never received it Today doing my other payments I called Chase customer service and The Supervisor - - told me since I been given a late charge removal from - they cant no adjusted the account no longer and the total amount due is $ $120.00. I told her upon condition to submit the payment I would receive a final statement by Chase to submit 2 payments toward the total amount of $100.00 and if Chase does n't honor what I been told I would file an inquire with the CFPB to resolve this matter.
