Amex Credit card department,
I closed an American Express Account and was given the outstanding balance which I paid in full. Tonight I went online to check on some charges on a different and found that there was an outstanding balance on the account that I had closed as well as a finace charge and late fee. I had several instances when? I had contacted Amex regarding this not receiving paper bills on this account and had requested that they resume sending paper statements, but I would only get the current statement and future statements would were not sent. I have an issue with a credit card company not notifying me in any way regarding my balance.
