Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Missouri

Navient refuses to lower my monthly payment on my private loan ( such as lower/no interest rate/lower monthly rate ) so that I am able to pay them while meeting my other obligations. I have already informed them that my income of $ -/month does not allow for nearly any discretionary income, but instead merely pays my bills. My student loan principal has already accrued 50 % interest on top of the original amount, but Navient wants more money ( Currently pay them $ -/mo interest only for a year only and then $ -/mo ) and will not negotiate a more reasonable income based repayment plan.
