Barclays PLC Credit card department,
Two issues. 1 : on my rewards credit card, I was not accruing points at the amount stated in contract. Took multiple requests for resolution and they only credited a portion. 2 : when I attempted to redeem points, I could not do so online. Customer service advised that I call in to redeem - points for a $400.00 credit. I called in and rep messed up the transaction giving me a $200.00 credit. I was promised a response after the case was opened and no one reached out. After repeated emails, and sharing stated terms of my contract, they will not credit me the $200.00 difference.
