I am submitting in regard to case number - I had already filed a complaint and gotten a response. The - bank done what they needed to do after investigating the initial complaint ( - -, atm didnt ' give money/filed all proper disputes/etc ) and they had responded saying that they had keyed in a credit thru their processor to American Express ( which is the card I had used at the atm ). Well, American Express has closed my card without my knowledge first and now I am wondering how I am supposed to get the credit that was keyed back in to my card?
