I was offered no interest for balance transfers till -/-/-, made large payment for the regular balance that carries interest, payments on - & - - were allocated patially to the regular bearing interest, and as well to the balance transfer portion. nowhere was stated that payments will be allocated to that portion, as a matter of fact the law is that it should be allocated to the high interest.
