I have been contacted regarding a payday loan I supposedly applied for in - 2011 and failed to pay back. I did not take out a payday loan during this time and not with this company or any of it 's affiliates. They have my personal information and have read it to me when I called them back. They have contacted my mother and spouse and threatened to have me arrested if I failed to pay this loan back. I do not owe them money and I want them to stop harassing me and my family. They call from different numbers daily and the address listed on " their website '' is actually the address for a - - in New York. It has reached the point where it has made my wife and I nervous and looking over our shoulders.
