Moreover, the manager for Prospect Mortgage, LLC refuses to send me a letter stating that my mortgage loan was sold to the secondary market via - -. When mortgages are bundled up in contracts and transferred to - -, the mortgages are sold to other investors as stock certificates to the secondary market. The borrower promissory note is converted over to stock certificates when there pooled together with other schedule loans. I was able to obtain this information from the Securities Exchange Commissions. In closing, I am currently seeking legal counsel because I have a lawful right to know who actually owns my mortgage.
