USAA Savings Credit card department,
I have an unresolved credit card dispute with USAA regarding a fraudulent transaction from - - - - in the amount of $360.00. In spite of documentation supporting my position that - a refund in full, USAA is still billing me in spite of my best efforts to resolve the matter on the phone and on line.
