Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Louisiana

Ally Bank is scamming customers with a history of overdraft issues. Only with people with a history of overdrafts in the last 6 months find themselves in this situation. If I know I need to make a deposit in order to cover a debit, when I make a deposit, they will go from the standard 1-2 business days before the funds are available to 5 business days for those that have a history of overdrafts. It seems they are doing this intentionally in order to force a person into an overdraft situation in order to glean overdraft fees.
