JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Received a - misc from Chase Bank for overpaid interest due to the Service Members Relief Act. We are frustrated because this should not be considered income for us to pay taxes at years end. This was already tax from paycheck and then we issued a payment against the credit card debt. This is owed money. Not taxable money. I 'm not sure how these banks can get away with this.
