Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Indiana

I have had a loan from - for nearly - years, they sold my loan to navient. now a few months after that my normal monthly payment went from $190.00 ish to over $500.00 and I called them to get my payment back down to where I can afford it I get told I can afford it, and then asked if they can help me with anything else. so basically they are extorting money out of me. I can afford the payment I had before but not this high payment. and now with all these marks on my credit that are n't mine I cant even get a load from a bank to consolidate it. if somethings not done ill default on it. I need help! and the worst part is I 've been paying this loan for nearly 10 years and I only went to school for - months. and I got nothing out of it. this is so depressing,
