EQUIFA- sends - - the followng correspondences - maybe considered " fraud '' that violates consumer rights : 1. On - -, - from Equifax Information Services LLC ( attached, - ). Subject of Letter : " - - 's call re Fraud Alert, '' 2. and - -, - from Equifax Security Freeze/Equifax Information Services LLC , advising of a subsequent " security freeze '' on consumer 's Equifax credit file. ( attached, scan - ). PROBLEM is - - - NEVER made a CALL to EQUIFA-! Not sure what Equifax is UP to ... BUT these - FACTS could be a backdrop to these correspondences : 1. Equifax Settlement Services was acquired by - - - in - - - from EQUIFA- Inc. [ - ]. Essentially - - - - 's direct link to Equifax..- who is the subject of our Mortgage Fraud Complaint with CFPB. See item - below. 2. - - - is the subject of our Mortgage Fraud case with CFPB - Case-, lodged -/-/-. Purported servicer making an illegal attempt to " steal our residential home in broad daylight. '' No proven LEGAL Rights to foreclose ... and ALLEGED DEBT most recently proven to be NON-Existent! See - - Results -/-/- ( Exhibit - from referenced CFPB file : - - - account was DELETED from - - 's - Credit file. ) Consumer is sending correspondence to EQUIFA- by regular mail re this DISPUTE. Given the urgency of our personal situation however - - making illegal attempts to foreclose against our home next week - - -, - - we thought it proper to lodge this Complaint with CFPB for possible investigation vis-a-vis CFPB case against - - - ( CFPB - ).
