Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Received bad information about my loan Nebraska

I lost my job and was unable to make payments of my student loan. I have - loans through Wells Fargo, and apparently - went to collections, despite all - being due on the same day. When I was asked for clarification on this, I was given none.
