I took a leaser from Nissan motor acceptance corp in 2006. - - and I agreed to a 36 month lease with me -/-/2006. - Dealer - lied and deceived me wrote the contract at 42 months and did not notify they changed the terms based on what we agreed to verbally. Even though I only agreed to 36 months at $430.00. I paid all 42 months and they told me when I moved to - - forced me to double pay upfront taxes I had already paid at the beginning of the loan and now pay $560.00 per month which was not in my written contract. I was over charged and lied to on this loan. Then after I returned the leased vehicle in perfect condition and they said i didnt owe anything. They have wrote me up on the credit bureaus as a charge off. Then they have continued to lie and give the credit bureaus wrong information dates that are wrong and more recent so the debt stays on my credit


This company has lied to me, over charged me, lied to the credit bureaus, sent incorrect information to keep a debt on my credit report which has costs me thousands of dollars and effected my ability to rent apartments and get credit. I paid was was agreed and more they lied and continue to deceive the credit agencies to try and collect money they are not owed and seriously negatively affecting my credit for over 5 years. Please contact this company and make sure that delete this charged off debt I have never owed off my credit report. I also want to be paid back all the money i over paid in tax on this loan. I never owed them money. they owe me money. Also this debt is out side of the statue of limitations nissan keeps lying about the dates to keep the debt on my report. That is very wrong and illegal.
